Teri began working at IEDC in January of 2000. Initially hired part-time to support the team, it quickly became full time as she took on more responsibilities. Over the past twenty years, Teri has remained an anchor and historian of the organization. She is responsible for IEDC’s accounting and finance, office management, and general support for board meetings and daily activities. Her greatest strength is keeping the organization focused and forging ahead through many years of growth and change.
Born in Grand Rapids, Teri spent her childhood in La Prairie and graduated from Greenway. Shortly after graduation, she joined her Army husband for a 2 year stint in Okinawa. After moving eleven times in nine years, the couple retired the camels and moved back to Itasca County where they raised their family.
When not at work, Teri enjoys quiet time with her family and friends – especially her 10 grandchildren! She loves reading, flower gardening and spending time at the cabin, taking pictures of the beautiful sunsets there.
