Build North is back! In 2023, area partners came together to host The Build North Housing Summit. Our goal was to gain knowledge, support and engagement related to housing. We held a full day of sessions around TIF, land development, challenges and opportunities and more.
In 2024, we want to continue our journey to increase area awareness, but also include hands-on learning opportunities, giving attendees the chance to learn more about developing housing projects with partners from across the region. This is an opportunity to see firsthand the obstacles we face bringing housing to rural Minnesota.
