Jodi Piekarski

Jodi Piekarski began her career with Minnesota Power at the Boswell Energy Center, holding roles including Environmental Systems Operator, Budget Analyst, Warehouse Supervisor, and Operations Liaison. She later advanced into leadership within Generation Operations, serving as Supervisor of Production Planning. In 2015, she expanded her role to manage the Laskin Energy Center while leading the Gen IT team, a group of advanced control and support system specialists. In 2019, she became Manager – Laskin & Rapids Business Operations before returning to Boswell as Manager – Thermal Business Operations. Jodi holds an Associate in Arts from Itasca Community College and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of St. Scholastica,  and earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix while working at Minnesota Power.
