Grand Rapids EDA
The Grand Rapids Economic Development Authority (GREDA) is a public body governed by Minnesota Statute chapter 469, and Enabling Resolutions enacted by the City Council of the City of Grand Rapids. The mission of GREDA is to advance the growth of our local economy through efforts focused on business recruitment, retention and expansion.
GREDA offers: industrial and commercial sites, site selection services, commercial building improvement loans, TIF and Tax Abatement, and sponsorship and coordination of regional, state and federal grants and loans.
