Industrial Success:
Itasca is rich in natural resources. Water, timber and minerals founded our basic industries: papermaking, mining and tourism. But our tradition of helping existing industries expand and new industries start up fostered other businesses which produce a wide spectrum of products and services, e.g., building materials, furniture, heavy equipment, electronic components, CD Rom Disks and printing. Our companies compete in local , national and international markets using state of the art communications technology. Our work force is skilled, productive and reliable. We work hard and cooperate to get the job done right to satisfy the customer. And business is still done with a handshake!
